Instructions for Parents or Guardians on How to Submit an Online Application:
Important Note:
Before Opening the Application, Ensure You Have the Following Documents Ready and If your phone camera is clear, you can take photos of the required documents and upload them. If your phone camera is not clear, please scan the documents and upload them instead.
General Requirements:
- Passport-Size Photo:
Upload a recent, clear photo similar to a passport photo. - Al-Quran Education Report or Certificate:
If this document is not available, please download our PDF form, have it filled out by the Quran Madrasa Mualim, and then upload it as part of the application.

There is space to upload up to three certificates, but it is not compulsory to provide all three.

Hifz (Holy Quran Memorization):
- Grade 03 Final Examination Result Sheet
- Grade 04 Final Examination Result Sheet
- Grade 05 Mid Examination Result Sheet
Sharee’a (Al – Aalim):
- Grade 08 Final Examination Result Sheet
- Grade 09 Mid Examination Result Sheet

Ensure that the documents you upload are clear, whether photographed or scanned. Blurry or unclear submissions may lead to delays or rejection of the application.
