Memorizing the Holy Quarn
Presently, 390 Students study in the Hifl division. This division consists of a four-year syllabus, of these three years for memorization and the fourth year for practicing what has been taught. There are 28 classes in this division.
Moreover, along with Hifl classes the Academic classes are also arranged.
- Those who study in Grade 6 in the Academic level, study the first level in Hifl (Kismul Awwal),
- Those who study in Grade 7 in the Academic level, they study the second level in Hifl (Kismussani),
- Those who study in Grade 8 in Academic level, study the third level in Hifl (Kismussalis) and
- Those who study in Grade 9 in the Academic level, are in the revision classes for Hifl (Girdhan, Murajatul Quran)
And according to their age they are 7 separated into English and Tamil and for each unit one part-time sectional head is appointed. Each grade has four divisions. Each division has one Usthad thus enabling students to be taught well and looked into personally.
All arrangements are provided for Usthads and students in all divisions. Classrooms, prayer halls, large hostels, bathrooms, toilets, washing machines and separate areas for drying washed clothes are all provided.
Note:
Some students have the capability to complete memorization of the Quran within one or two years. For such students we have created a separate division (Sabau Qirath).
Those who are chosen as Usthad for our College follow the Ahlus- Sunnah Wal Jamah policy and should be both Hafiz and an Aalim, and for the Hifl division should have completed a special course related with the Quran and for the Shariah division should have completed a special course in relation with Shariah.
Further, we are expecting people who have been in Jamaath for four months or a year to be chosen as Usthads for our College.
